Service

AI Control ("the App") is an Android and Windows application providing an AI assistant with device control and remote-desktop features, available at aicontrol.oonak.ai. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and access secure.

Device Control & Authorization

The App can operate your device (tap, type, capture the screen, run tasks) and share your screen with your other devices at your direction.
Only control or connect to devices that you own or are explicitly authorized to control.
Screen sharing and screen control require your on-device consent and remain under your control; you can end a session at any time.

Billing & Credits

Usage is charged in credits based on AI model token consumption; your balance is deducted per request.
Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Per-model pricing is shown in your account dashboard and may change.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for unlawful activity, to access devices or accounts without authorization, or to harm others.
Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, and do not resell or automate abuse of the service.

AI Output

AI responses and automated actions may contain errors. Review the actions the assistant takes on your devices; you are responsible for how you use the App and its output.

Liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including actions performed on your devices at your direction.

Privacy

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
